Alex is currently in Sweden filming the movie Melancholia and later this summer he will be shooting the movie Battleship in Hawaii and Louisiana.

The new looks won’t be in stores until spring, but the company is debuting its new image in print ads, shot by Annie Leibovitz, next month. They’ll appear in the September issues of magazines such as GQ, Details and Vanity Fair.

Not sure if i like it……..don’t get me wrong its a nice photo but I guess it wont be one of my favorites
OMG, drops dead on the laptop. Annie has captured something about Alex that very few photographers have lately. Some of the photo shoots lately have been downright awful. Sorry if I offend anyone. Love everything about this including the hair, the pose (lay back further Alex) and clothes. My new desktop image has been found. And I am always a sucker for packaging and black and white.
You would think that if they suit company wanted to appeal to younger customers and be more trendy that they’d actually mention the name of the model in their print campaign…lol.
Great pic though. …Even though I want to mess with the exposure. lol. I like Ansel Adams’ high contrast style.
So this is for a clothing line? I hate to break it to them but no one is looking at the clothes in this pic.
They need to put this on a billboard. But you’re right, cputrbug; this would be an ad for Alex not for Hickey Freeman, Inc.
But maybe after staring at it for hours I would soon be able to notice the suit instead of just imagining AS in his birthday suit. Lol!
P.S. I’m guessing that is his own beloved footwear. I think they come in a package. No footwear, no Alex. Ha ha
